250 gr. Şambaba Dessert Recipe 

(For 10 PIECES) First, syrup is made by adding 1000 gr. (5 water glasses) sugar into 1200 gr. (6 water glasses) water. Then the wide parts of Baba Desserts are placed into the syrup. After that, this is stewed for 10-15 minutes. Lastly, it is stewed for 3-5 minutes after turned upside down. When cooled, it is served together with creme.

ŞAMBABA DESSERT WITH STRAWBERRY

Desserts taken out of the syrup and let cool. Then they can be dressed etiher with whipped cream or cream. If sliced strawberry, fresh mint leaves and green pistachio, it will look even more delicious.

FOR DRESSING UP:

  • 250 gr. strawberry
  • 1 pack of  whipped cream
  • 1 tea cup of milk
  • Pistachio
