INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of ready to make home made fettuchini
- 4 chicken drumstick
- 1 table spoon of butter
- 1 table spoon of olive oil
- 1 water glass of crumbled walnut (in bigger pieces)
- 1 tea glass of tulum cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt, dry mint, powdered red pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Seethe the chicken drumsticks and sieve them into another cooking pot. Shred chicken drumsticks in tiny pieces. Add salt to chicken broth and boil home made fettuchini in it. When it gets soft enough, sieve it. Melt the butter and brown it with dry mint and powdered red pepper in olive oil. Add walnut and shredded chicken meat, brown for a few minutes. Add home made fettuchini and stir all ingredients. Tske the home made fettuchini onto the serving dish. Spread tulum cheese over it and serve hot.

- 2 chicken breast
- 1 water glass of boiled chickpeas
- 1 bowl of yoghurt
- 2 table spoons of butter
- Water
- Salt
- Powdered red pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Seethe 2 chicken drumsticks and shred them. Melt 1 table spoon of butter in a teflon pan. Add ½ pack of home made fettuchini and brown it. When it gets brown, add chicken breasts and seethed chickpeas and continue browning. Then add the remaining ½ pack of home made fettuchini and stir once or twice. Add water enough for home made fettuchini to cook. Add salt and wait for it to be cooked at medium heat. Take your prepared home made fettuchini with chicken into a glass container. When it gets warmer, add yoghurt onto it (yoghurt may be with garlic). Fry powdered red pepper in 1 table spoon of butter, then spread it over the mix. (Dry mint may be added at your discretion). Enjoy your meal.
SAUCE FOR HOME MADE FETTUCHINI:
Brown 20 gr. pine nuts until they get brown. Fry diced onion and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves in 20 ml. olive oil. Add 200 gr. finely chopped mushroom. Add 200 ml. cream and 100 ml. chicken broth, then cook for 10 minutes. Add sauce little by little. Add browned peanuts, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy your meal.
HOME MADE FETTUCHINI SAUCE WITH KASHAR CHEESE
- 50 gr. butter
- 100 gr. kashar cheese (shredded)
- 150 ml. cream
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix and cook 100 gr. shredded kashar cheese and 150 ml. cream in 50 gr. melted butter. Add finely chopped parsley and freshly ground black pepper, cook for a few more minutes, then mix with home made fettuchini. Enjoy your meal.
HOME MADE FETTUCHINI SAUCE
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 banana peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 gr minced meat
- 5 egg size peeled tomatoes
- 1 full table spoon of paprika paste
- 2 table spoon of margarine
- 2 medium-sized onions
- Salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Chop peppers, garlic and onions thoroughly, put margarine into a saucepan and heat it up. Then add onions into melted hot margarine, fry for a while. Then add chopped pepers and garlic. Fry for a while. Add minced meat and brown thoroughly. Add paprika paste, brown for a while. Add finely chopped peeled tomatoes and salt. Add 1 glass of water. Cook thoroughly. Spread yoghurt with garlic over it. You’ll have a delicious sauce. Enjoy your meal.
